Differences / optimizations SXT light Plus V to the model SXT light Plus:

At 11.2 kg, one of the lightest electric scooters in the world

Its weight of just 11.2 kg including battery pack is almost unbeatable with this technical equipment. This can only be achieved by using the highest quality 6061 T6 lightweight aluminum to reliably withstand even the toughest conditions. At the same time, thanks to its super-compact design with dimensions of 94.5 x 30 x 13.5 cm when folded, this model can easily be taken anywhere and stored in even the smallest of storage compartments, e.g. on the bus, train, etc.

E-scooter with 500 watts of power

The SXT light Plus V is powered by a brushless DC hub motor installed in the front wheel with a maximum output of 500W, whose energy consumption is 7.5 Wh per km, which corresponds to operating costs of no less than CHF 1.50 per 1000 km ridden.

The SXT light Plus V is the first SXT scooter model to be equipped with KERS technology (Kinetic Energy Recovering System), which is also used in Formula 1 racing, for example. The electromagnetic brake on the front axle recovers braking energy and increases the range by up to 60%. This is the first time this has been used in an electric kick scooter.

Energy recovery thanks to the KERS system

Equipped with a dual brake system, the manually controlled electromagnetic brake (which also activates the KERS system) is located on the front axle, as well as a foot-operated brake on the rear axle, which also activates the electromagnetic brake at the front when activated. The electromagnetic brake at the front works without any mechanical friction and is therefore not subject to wear.

The electric scooter has unpressurized rubber tires on the front and rear axles, which ensure very good grip even in wet conditions. This virtually eliminates tire damage and punctures caused by nails or other damage and still offers the same damping effect as pneumatic tires. The SXT light Plus V is also equipped with shock absorbers on the front and rear axles to ensure optimum riding comfort.
